The planning permission includes the diversion of a public footpath. Newark and Sherwood District Council has carried out the consultation and there are no objections to the diversion, subject to conditions. The vendors have submitted an application for the diversion order to Newark and Sherwood District Council Legal Department.

A Protected Species Survey (BAT) has been carried out.

CONTAMINATION REPORT
A Phase I Contamination Report will be available.

RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
