Located in our new flagship premises at 25 Stodman Street, the Newark Sales & Lettings office represents both the heart of our business and the continuation of a proud family legacy. Richard Watkinson & Partners is a family-owned and run firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, founded in 1988 by Richard Watkinson, RICS Chartered Surveyor. Richard began his career in this very building on Stodman Street in 1968 with the long-established Edward Bailey & Sons, Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents - making our return to these premises in May 2025 a significant and meaningful milestone.
Today, our Newark office is home to a highly experienced team of surveyors, valuers, sales and lettings professionals. Richard continues to work alongside his son, Simon Watkinson, a property valuer with over 30 years’ experience in the Newark market, and his daughter, Kirsty Keeton MRICS, a Chartered Surveyor and valuer with three decades of industry expertise. Together, they uphold the professional standards, local knowledge and personal service on which the business was built.
Our Sales Department, headed by Simon Watkinson, is supported by a strong frontline team: Elise, Senior Sales Negotiator; Nicki and Tiger, Sales Negotiators; and Roberto, our dedicated accompanied viewer. Behind the scenes, our invaluable PAs, Nikki and Ange, ensure the office runs smoothly and clients receive prompt, professional communication.
