"We felt immediately at home in the company of Alistair both in the literal and metaphorical senses whilst visiting to value the property and explain the processes inherent within modern day buying and selling. The experience was friendly, professional and met every expectation.
When contacting the office, we always got the impression that the staff were intimately acquainted with our individual house sale without having to access any files i.e. ever knowledgeable and with fingers on the pulse. Friendly, cheery and with an overwhelming desire to facilitate customer needs as if each property deal was their own. Handling and completion were within the predicted time parameters where updates were conveyed at regular intervals as developments came to light from all concerned parties e.g. buyers, sellers, solicitors etc.
The choice of RW was initially by recommendation though this was backed by a study of written reviews and further word of mouth testimonies. There are cheaper options on the market and though not necessarily strong advocates of the percent commission system, we are believers in the maxim that 'you get what you pay for.' We were NOT disappointed and feel that the overall, high quality of service matched the level of outlay. We received exemplary service from Kirsty and Tracey within the office but also from Alistair and Ben who tended to be based a little more in the field! Total commitment to excellence and all round professionalism came from all, where nothing was too much trouble and that little personal touch was always evident.

I first used your firm just over 2 years ago when purchasing the property. From the experience, I received from Ben then during the purchase process, when it came to selling the property I decided to use you for the sale. I had several other Mansfield estate agents come to value the property all of whom didn't seem as professional and knowledgeable as Ben.
