Jo is based at the Newark Lettings office, having joined Richard Watkinson & Partners in 2008. Jo’s specialisms are far-reaching as she handles a range of duties at the lettings department – carrying our market appraisals, marketing and managing properties, and dealing with maintenance. She cites herself as a people person, always keen to offer excellent customer service for both landlords and tenants, from the initial application through to tenancy. Jo also enjoys travelling and going on holiday – where she has plenty of time to enjoy her main interests of reading and swimming.
