Kirsty has more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry, with more than half of this time spent at Richard Watkinson & Partners, the family business. She is a Director at the Newark office and provides agency and development advice for residential and commercial property, RICS Registered Valuer producing reports for secured lending, development appraisals, company accounting, CGT, IHT, probate, Charities Act and portfolio's. Working with private and public sector clients, developers and investors across Nottinghamshire. Kirsty is MRICS qualified, with a Degree in surveying from the College of Estate Management at Reading. Kirsty is happiest surrounded by family and animals and enjoys British Eventing with her horse and in any spare time watching her two sons enjoy their passion for sport.
