Lorna joined Richard Watkinson & Partners in 2012, working at the Southwell branch before moving to work at Bingham and now into Lettings. She is the first point of call for customers, handling all telephone and email enquiries, as well as assisting customers who visit the branch. Lorna also handles the booking of viewings and valuations, maintenance and managing properties through to check-out. Lorna considers herself a people person, approaching estate agency with an approachable, personable attitude which is appreciated by customers and has resulted in some fantastic results. Lorna’s twin children keep her busy outside of the office, she also enjoys bike riding and being outdoors
