Founder and Director, Richard Watkinson set up the family-run estate agency in 1988 in Newark. Richard has more than 40 years’ experience in the East Midlands’ property market and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has grown the business considerably over the last 30 years, creating a trustworthy and well regarded firm which operates from seven offices across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. Richard’s specialisms cover residential valuations and sales. He also works alongside the commercial property team, having completed hundreds of deals across the region. In his spare time, Richard drives a 40 year-old classic MG sports car which he races in the summer.
