Simon has over 30 years’ experience with Richard Watkinson & Partners, having always had a keen interest in the property industry.
Joining the family business after training at the College of Estate Management in
Reading, Simon has built a wealth of experience in the Nottinghamshire property
market. Specialising in residential valuations, his work takes him across the county
valuing a wide range of homes, from one-bedroom terraced properties through to
substantial country houses and estates.
Simon firmly believes that estate agency is both a people and a property business. One of the aspects he most enjoys about the role is meeting a wide variety of interesting people and building relationships with clients while helping them navigate important property decisions.
Outside the office, Simon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, whether
exploring the UK countryside or visiting the family’s seaside holiday home. His interests also include anything on four wheels, with a particular passion for Formula One.
Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, Simon also holds a PCV licence and
occasionally drives a local school or service bus in his spare time
