The Wright Mortgage Company is committed to offering their customers the highest possible standards of service and in doing so they support the Financial Services Authority by ‘Treating Customers Fairly’.   Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Typically we charge £349.00 on application. We will also be paid commission from the lender.  For adverse credit,  multiple applications and mortgages with more than two applicants we charge £495. We will also be paid commission from the lender. For  commercial mortgages we charge 1%. For example on a mortgage of £100,000 our fee will be £1,000. We will also be paid commission from the lender.  All fees are payable on application.  Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
